Thank you for visiting Makeup By Sky Lilli. We would like you to please read all the terms and conditions so that you are fully aware of our rights when booking your service. Booking with us signifies that you agree to our terms and conditions.

All contracts/dealings between Makeup By Sky Lilli (ABN 14 324 586 420) and any person (‘Customer’) relating to any goods or services provided and supplied by Makeup By Sky Lilli to the Customer through any of the contact details provided on all social media platforms/ website/ online bookings system, are subject to the terms and conditions of trade set out below (‘these Terms’).

By using social media platforms/ website/ online bookings systems and contact details provided by Makeup By Sky Lilli, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Makeup By Sky Lilli has the right to remove or vary these Terms at any time without notice. It is the Customer’s responsibility to be aware of any changes made to these Terms and by continuing to use and visit the social media platforms/ website/ online bookings system, the Customer agrees to be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

Makeup By Sky Lilli reserves the right to withdraw the Services without notice and will NOT be liable (if for any reason) the social media platforms/ websites/ online bookings system are unavailable during any period. 

We are not responsible if information made available on any social media platform/ websites/ online bookings system is not accurate, complete or current. This material is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. 


PRIVACY POLICY


INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM CUSTOMERS - In order to provide better service to our valued customers, Makeup By Sky Lilli may request personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. If you choose to withhold requested personal information, Makeup By Sky Lilli may not be able to provide you with the customer service you require, should that depend on the collection of that information, particularly if the collection of that information is required by law.


Makeup By Sky Lilli will not sell or disclose the Customer's personal information/details to any third party without the customer's consent unless in the purpose of purchase/deposit/delivery or if necessary to comply with laws, investigations or legal proceedings.


PROPERTY

All content made available to the customer via the Makeup By Sky Lilli social media platforms/ website/ online bookings system is property of Makeup By Sky Lilli.

The customer can view, download, copy and/or print the images accessible on the Makeup By Sky Lilli social media platforms for personal use only and may NOT be altered in any way.

The customer is not permitted to alter or reproduce the images on the Makeup By Sky Lilli social media platforms in any manner without permission from Makeup By Sky Lilli.

The customer may NOT remove any trademarks made by Makeup By Sky Lilli on any images, campaigns or marketing materials.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

Makeup By Sky Lilli accepts Cash and Direct Debit.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and do not include GST. Invoices are sent to your desired email address once booking is confirmed if requested. 


ONLINE BOOKING 

Makeup By Sky Lilli has provided the option to schedule a service online, to make the booking process quicker and a whole lot easier. Before booking, it is advised to read the information displayed at the home page, so that you are aware of the following policies: Please do not make an appointment unless you are 100% committed to the time/date of that booking. ANY cancellations after booking with Makeup By Sky Lilli will require a cancellation fee, unless a booking fee has already been paid, which is non refundable. If you need to reschedule an eyelash appointment, please do so before the 72 hour mark, or you will be charged a late rescheduling fee. Please email makeupbyskylilli@gmail.com to reschedule or cancel your appointment. *Please note*: Makeup and Hair appointments are unable to be rescheduled. This means once it is booked in, canceling or rescheduling will result in a cancellation fee, unless a booking fee has already been paid which will not be transferable or refundable.


BOOKING FEES

A Booking Fee for any service with Makeup By Sky Lilli is non-refundable and is required when any lash or makeup and/or hair booking is requested. For your appointment to be confirmed and the date held, your booking fee must be placed. Once your booking fee is processed, an invoice, with your remaining balance owing, will be sent out to your desired email address, if requested. All monies must be paid in full before the day of service. 

If cash payment is preferred, monies must be paid before the service commences on the day. 

*For lash appointments only* If a booking fee has already been paid, but you can no longer attend to your booking, Makeup By Sky Lilli may give you the chance to reschedule your appointment to another date/time within a week of the original booking, if you cancel with enough time in advance (3 days before your booking). If there is no available time for you to book in again that week, it is out of Makeup By Sky Lilli’s control and you will have to pay another booking fee if you wish to book in again. 


OPENING HOURS

Makeup By Sky Lilli is located on Calton Road, Gawler East, 5118, Adelaide, South Australia and is also a freelance Makeup Artist. Makeup By Sky Lilli Working days are Tuesday-Saturday. Sunday makeup/hair bookings may be taken upon request, a surcharge of $15 will apply. A surcharge of $10 will incur if a booking is before or after hours.

Makeup By Sky Lilli will inform you via social media platforms when services are unavailable for any other days or times. 

Please Note: Long Weekends, Public Holidays and Sundays can be booked if required however a surcharge of $15 will incur.

TUESDAY 12pm - 8pm

WEDNESDAY 9am - 5pm

THURSDAY 11am - 7pm

FRIDAY 9am - 4pm

SATURDAY 8am - 1pm

SUNDAY CLOSED (makeup/hair bookings may be taken upon request, a $15 surcharge will apply) 


TRAVEL CHARGES

Makeup By Sky Lilli requires a minimum $100.00 traveling flat rate within 20kms from studio and a minimum of 5 clients, for any mobile service. Additional charges may apply for mobile services exceeding 20kms, Makeup By Sky Lilli will confirm your total travel cost when confirming your booking.

Where car parking is restricted, it is your responsibility to arrange parking or incur the cost of any parking fees.


PRICE LIST

Makeup By Sky Lilli has the right to change any price at any time without notice to the customer, unless the customer has placed an order at a stipulated price (then the alteration in price is not applicable). When booking any service with Makeup By Sky Lilli, the customer agrees to these prices.​


ADDITIONAL CHARGES (PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, ARRIVING LATE, NO-SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS)

Makeup By Sky Lilli has delegated timings for each person which is emailed when bookings are confirmed. Please note: If, with no fault to Makeup By Sky Lilli, run behind the scheduled time by 10-15 minutes, depending what service you are booked for, Makeup By Sky Lilli may not be able to fit you in anymore. An alternative may be offered if possible, and if that does not suit or there is not enough time to complete your service, your appointment will be marked as a no-show. No-shows will be required to pay for the service they’ve booked in for, in full, and will not be able to re-book until the no-show fee is paid. Makeup By Sky Lilli also requires clients to come fresh faced to their appointments (no makeup). If a client fails to attempt makeup removal prior to their appointment and the time to clean the lashes thoroughly bites into the appointment time, the client will be charged the cost of a Lash Bath (a service provided by Makeup By Sky Lilli to remove makeup/oils/dead skin build up on your lashes.) as an additional cost. This will be added to your invoice if requested. On Sundays and Long Weekends/Public Holidays, there will be a surcharge of $15 added to the total price of your booking. Before or after hours appointments will incur a surcharge of $10, added to the total price of your booking.


EYELASH EXTENSIONS

It is the clients responsibility to read the Makeup By Sky Lilli Lash Bible before any lash appointment. This ensures you know you are suited for extensions and are aware of the before and aftercare instructions to maintain them. If your eyelash extensions do not hold or the retention is no longer than 1 week, Makeup By Sky Lilli will offer a free touch up to be booked in no longer than a week past your original booking. If it happens again, your lashes may not be thick enough to hold the weight of lash extensions or your lashes produce too much oil to hold any extensions. If this is the case, you will be recommended to not to get eyelash extensions anymore. 

If you do not like the set you have chosen from the start, you can not get a refund or have the lashes removed and completed again unless you pay for the removal and full set. You are asked all the required questions at the start of your appointment in order to give you the exact style and thickness that you want. It is not Makeup By Sky Lillis’ responsibility if you change your mind after the set has been done. 

You can change the style of lashes when it is time for a refill however you will only receive a refill set of the desired lashes. If you have a reaction to any products used, you will see the reaction within the first 24 hours. If any swelling or irritation shows after 48 hours then it is out of Makeup By Sky Lillis’ control. You will not be issued any refund or free removal. However, if you do have a reaction within the first 24 hours of your appointment you will be offered a removal free of charge. We will not offer you a free full set. It is at your own risk that you may have an allergic reaction to the lash extensions, therefore, no refund will be given, only a free removal. 

Makeup By Sky Lilli does not refill other lash technicians work. Reason behind this is because the lashes already applied may be applied incorrectly, for example: Too much glue, too heavy or thick, clumped together and in rare cases, different glues can also have a bad reaction with each other, which is a risk when infilling someone else's work. Makeup By Sky Lilli is happy to do a removal and then apply a full set. 


REFUNDS 

If you are unhappy with a service or did not receive the service you were after, we will discuss matters further upon request, however, before any refunds are granted, we must have the chance to fix the service. If you have a reaction to any service, we must see the irritation before granting you a free removal. As previously mentioned, it is at your own risk that you may have an allergic reaction to the extensions. Therefore, no refund will be granted, only a removal free of charge.
