Sky Lilli Hire Beautique -Terms & Conditions

Thank you for using Sky Lilli Hire Beautique. We would like you to please read all the terms and conditions so that you are fully aware of our rights when booking your hire/hires. Booking with us signifies that you agree to our terms and conditions.


Sky Lilli Hire Beautique accepts Cash and Direct Debit.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and do not include GST. Invoices are sent to your desired email address once booking is confirmed if requested. 


A 50% Deposit for any hire with Sky Lilli Hire Beautique is non-refundable and is required when any hire booking is requested. For your booking to be confirmed and the date held, your deposit must be placed. Once your deposit is processed, an invoice, with your remaining balance owing will be sent out to your desired email address, if requested. All monies must be paid in full on the day of pick up.

If cash payment is preferred, the deposit must still be paid before the pick-up date to be confirmed and outstanding payments must be paid on the day of pickup.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason with no fault to Sky Lilli Hire Beautique, your deposit will not be refunded.


  • Bookings can be made directly via direct message, or contact phone number provided by any Sky Lilli Hire Beautique social media platform or at

  • We take bookings up to 6 months in advance. Bookings are secured when the booking-fee is paid in full. (50% Deposit)


  • If you cancel your hire, you will lose your deposit.

  • If the dress is not as described, or faulty, please contact Sky Lilli Hire Beautique within 3 hours of pick up, and we will arrange an exchange, credit, or refund of the booking fee. If the dress is not returned on the day of pick up, you will not be refunded or credit noted. 

  • Sky Lilli Hire Beautique reserves the right to cancel a booking at short notice. Reasons for cancellation may include (but are not limited to) an item not being available or damage to an item. Sky Lilli Hire Beautique endeavors to provide as much notice as possible. In the event of a cancellation by Sky Lilli Hire Beautique, Sky Lilli Hire Beautique offers a full refund on the deposit or the option to change the booking to another item.

  • Items must be returned 1-2 days after pick up. If for any circumstances this can not happen, a request for another drop of date may be accepted. If the User has not returned the rental item(s) by the due date, a fee of $10 will be applied for every outstanding day the item is not returned.

  • If the user fails to return the item at all or continually fails to return the item after its return date, Sky Lilli Hire Beautique will consider the rental item(s) as non-returned and will charge the user, 100% of the recommended retail value, on top of the rental cost that the User has already paid.


  • Customers are more than welcome to try on before receiving the item. On receiving the item, customers unable to try on dresses are choosing to hire at their own risk of being the wrong size, and therefore, will not receive any such refund.

  • If you cancel the try on appointment any less than 24 hours to the try on date (not time), a $10 cancellation fee will apply. 


  • Sky Lilli Hire Beautique will dry clean the item after the hire period. We use experienced dry cleaners that are familiar with the care instructions. Customers agree not to attempt to clean the dress, if the customer attempts to clean the dress and it results in permanent damage, additional costs may incur.


  • We expect our customers to take reasonable care of the hired item. However, it is possible that some damage may occur. For damages that are repairable (makeup/tan marks that are washable), Sky Lilli Hire Beautique will not charge customers, unless the stain does not come out. If the item is completely ruined and unfixable, the customer will be charged a permanent damage fee or will be required to pay the retail price of the dress, on top of the hire cost, however will then get to keep the item. 


  • A regular hire period is 1-2 days after the pick up, including the day/night of the event.

  • This means the dress is due to be returned on the 2nd or 3rd day/last day of booking. For drop offs, customers are expected to notify Sky Lilli Hire Beautique of the intended return day and time.

  • Late returns attract a late fee of $10 per day after the drop off due date. If the user fails to return before 7 days after the late return warning, 

All contracts/dealings between Sky Lilli Hire Beautique and any person (‘Customer’) relating to any goods or services provided and supplied by Sky Lilli Hire Beautique to the Customer through any of the contact details provided on all social media platforms, are subject to the terms and conditions of trade set out above(‘these Terms’).

By using social media platforms and contact details provided by Sky Lilli Hire Beautique, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Sky Lilli Hire Beautique has the right to remove or vary these Terms at any time without notice. It is the Customer’s responsibility to be aware of any changes made to these Terms and by continuing to use and visit the social media platforms the Customer agrees to be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

Sky Lilli Hire Beautique reserves the right to withdraw a hire without notice and will NOT be liable (if for any reason) the social media platforms are unavailable during any period. 

If Sky Lilli Hire Beautique does not receive payment from your credit card provider for whatever reason, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. If any monies payable remain unpaid by you after 7 days from the date of demand, you authorize Sky Lilli Hire Beautique to charge any outstanding fees and other amounts due to us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.. 

Sky Lilli Hire Beautique reserves the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including but not limited to legal action and/or using third party collection agencies.

PRIVACY DECLARATION:  Personal Information collected and/or held by Sky Lilli Hire Beautique will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected or otherwise in accordance with the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). Sky Lilli Hire Beautique will hold this information securely, and will only disclose personal information in accordance with its Privacy Declaration.
